Fitness is very important in our everyday life. If we are mentally and physically fit, we can do tasks smoothly and be able to function naturally. As a student, I believe that physical fitness is important because first, if we are physically fit we are not prone to health diseases or problems. We are healthy and if we are healthy, we can live longer in this temporal word. Physical fitness means being physically active. If we are physically active, we are strong, not only our body but I believe we are also strong mentally. If we are strong both physical and mental, we can face any challenges that will come to us, we can handle the ups and downs and when unwanted situation will come to our life, we are flexible enough to drive it. That's why it is really important because it makes us strong and healthy that people really need in times of crisis, especially now that our country is facing a problem, one after another, that we are all affected by.

Second, being physically fit means less likely to experience stress or even depression because excercise helps to lift a person's mood and it also relieved stress. It enhances our brains and by that, our negative thoughts will be lessen. We can have a good sleep at night because our brain is functioning well, we will think right because we are not tense. Therefore, physical fitness is really important because not only our physical body will benefit but also promotes mental health that we really need to look at because we are likely to be diagnosed with depression and to attempt suicide. So, we must take care of our mental health more to avoid depression and suicidal thoughts, and becoming fit helps.

Lastly, physical fitness increases muscle strength and enhances our flexibility. We've seen a lot of physically fit persons and we can say that they are flexible enough and their muscles are stronger than ordinary persons who does not do physical activities. Even though they exercises everyday, they still have energy left for other tasks. They do not immediately weaken and that is a good thing because when accident occurs, they are active and can really help. It also reduce the risk of injury. If our muscle strength increases and our balance is better, we are less likely to suffer bone injuries or experience sprain, strain and fall.
