Before giving a Good Night to all of you, I would like to ask something. Is there in your country a kind of food that is famous, traditional and still eaten... but is rather strange, maybe disgusting and even doesn't let you be so proud of? 😁 Ok, I start. Well what is strange for me is that in Lebanon some people eat the intestines of the cow or veal after they clean them and they stuff them with rice and meat, and they eat the tongue and other things, and also the sheep's head is a feast for some, and some eat chicken legs soup but these things for me are a No_Way!
better u dont ask for traditional food in italy... because you could discover to dislike us 😁
African-Americans east something called chitterlings. I was told they were pigs intestines which is why they stink so much when you cook them. But they taste good!
