Good Morning People 😊 In every park I visit I meet elderly women doing gymnastics all together and having fun with music. I now realize I have never, never, met something like this with men! And... I don't undertand why... Maybe men prefer working out alone, like I do (swimming, running, riding my bike) but, why is there no man shaking his body at the park like these women do???

Good Sunday People 😊 This is my beloved little town. Do you love the place where you live? Please, tell us some Pros and Cons. About mine... Pros: tranquil, sunny, near the sea, long history and full of different sceneries and points of view, since there are many hills. Cons: small, not so many opportunities, in a island (so to go away you need to take always a flight or a ferry).

Months ago I had a problem with my calf muscle (I mentioned here https://noise.cash/post/lq790x86) and so I stopped to run. Tonight, after so much time, I went to run 6km to check if all is fine: a disaster. The muscle seems fine but I felt to be a rolling ball and not a running guy. 😣

Good Morning People 😊 My grandfather loved and had a lot of horses, but he died and all his horses were sold when I was only a little child. Good Morning People 😊 I use YouTube but I don't stand anymore the big amount of advertising they put everywhere. So I searched for alternatives and I found one that I'm liking and using: https://odysee.com/ It's still very young but the fun fact is that you get crypto (LBC) using it... so try to consider odysee next time you need to publish or watch something. 😉 I often use it to listen to music and to watch old movies.

😣 I don't know what happened... but I woke up only now, it's 3P.M. here. I slept deeply for something like 15/16 hours! And I cannot understand why... My only explanation is, I was kidnapped by aliens for their scientific researches and they put in the earth again after many hours. I just finished to watch Squid Game. I dont know why but this series didn't get an italian dubbing track, yet. By the way, people around me didn't want to wait so: me and my sister watched it in Korean, my mother in Spanish 😂, my friend in English. I liked it even if I could like more if they talked less (I wanted to skip some parts), I imagine a director like Takeshi Kitano could make it more cinically. Anyway I liked it, for sure.

I spent all the night trying to recover my laptot that became a brick! I'm exhausted but finally I can log in! In my island there are more sheeps than people, so if you drive the car you often meet them in the middle of the road. Anyway my cousin believes it's a good thing, because if you greet them (waving your hand and saying "hello!"), the destiny will let you receive money in the future. Obviously I don't believe this silliness, but if I'm with her I smile when I see her greeting far away sheeps 😁

Unfortunately I have not a better photo (because the park was closed) but I show you a poor very old tree that is famous in my town. It's called l'albero dell'ammiraglio (Admiral's tree) and now I tell you why. Hundreds of years ago an english ship, full of little plants from South America, arrived at Cagliari after surviving a very bad tempest. A Sunday without sun. Since yesterday it's raining, raining, raining. But, it's not so cold.
