Dear friends God bless you more, today I want to talk to you about God taking care of his chosen ones, I want to share a brief reflection on this topic based on the book of Daniel the prophet that the Lord rescued from the beasts in the den of lions who neither They did not even hurt him, but an angel of the Lord was sent to rescue him because great is our God.

History is full of many important details that we can study explicitly, for example, the evil and depraved manner in which the satraps or advisers of King Darius, who was on the throne of Media and Persian, caught my attention, his advisers planned something crazy at his convenience to get the man of God, the prophet Daniel, out of the way.

The bible says that there are wicked blasphemous men who cause many evils and more when it comes to someone who loves God, satan sets his sights on men and women who worship God in spirit and truth is why he puts evil in the heart of the wicked to act against the children of the Lord to hinder him by causing havoc in their lives.

Daniel 6:1-5 Reina-Valera Version
1 It seemed good to Darius to set over the kingdom one hundred and twenty satraps, to rule over the whole kingdom. 2 And over them three governors, of whom Daniel was one, to whom these satraps gave an account, so that the king might not be harmed. 3 But Daniel himself was superior to these satraps and governors, because a superior spirit was in him; and the king thought of putting him over the whole kingdom. 4 Then the governors and satraps sought an occasion to accuse Daniel in matters related to the kingdom; but they could not find any occasion or fault, because he was faithful, and no vice or fault was found in him. 5 Then said those men: We will not find against this Daniel any occasion to accuse him, if we do not find it against him in relation to the law of his God.

After having planned the Machiabel plan on the prophet, the men managed to get the edict to worship King Dario for 30 days to be approved by the same king, laying the net for Daniel who used to pray 3 times a day to his God with the windows open. and it was on one of those precise occasions where the king's advisers took the opportunity to blame Daniel by appearing before the king and culminating in an evil plan.

Daniel 6:10-13 Reina-Valera Version
10 When Daniel learned that the edict had been signed, he entered his house, and with the windows of his chamber open towards Jerusalem, he knelt down three times a day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he used to do before. . 11 Then those men came together, and found Daniel praying and beseeching in the presence of his God. 12 Then they went before the king and told him of the royal edict: Have you not confirmed the edict that whoever in the space of thirty days asks any god or man besides you, O king, be thrown into the den of lions? The king answered saying: It is true, according to the law of Media and Persia, which cannot be abrogated. 13 Then they answered and said before the king: Daniel, who is of the sons of the captives of Judah, does not respect you, O king, nor does he obey the edict that you confirmed, but three times a day he makes his request.

There was nothing else to do, Daniel had been condemned by the edict of the king and in this way he was already sentenced, but here comes the wonderful, powerful of our Lord who keeps the chosen ones of the kingdom of heaven under his perfect will , Daniel was thrown into that hole full of wild beasts that were hungry, the most logical thing would be for these animals to devour any living being in their vicinity, but it did not happen like that because Daniel was miraculously saved by an angel of the Lord, hallelujah.

Daniel 6:19-24 Reina-Valera Version
19 So the king got up early in the morning and hurried to the lions' den. 20 And approaching the den he called out to Daniel with a sad voice, and said to him: Daniel, servant of the living God, your God, whom you continually serve, has he been able to deliver you from the lions? 21 Then Daniel answered the king: O king, he lives forever. 22 My God sent his angel, who closed the mouths of the lions, so that they would not hurt me, because before him I was found innocent; and even before you, oh king, I have done nothing wrong. 23 Then the king rejoiced greatly because of him, and ordered Daniel to be taken out of the den; and Daniel was taken out of the den, and no injury was found on him, because he had trusted in his God. 24 And the king gave orders, and those men who had accused Daniel were brought, and they, their children, and their wives were thrown into the lions' den; and they had not yet reached the bottom of the pit, when the lions seized them and broke all their bones.

If you find yourself in a situation of problems or you feel that something is stalking your life, you should know that if Christ is in your life, there is a shield around you.

God bless you

And while Daniel was spared a few times, others throughout Biblical history have not been physically s[ared but ALWAYS spiritually spared by faith. Since you have read Daniel, Amy I suggest you read chapters 7012 of Daniel and compare it will Revelation? You will find that many of us in Christ will suffer physical death because of our faith and testimony. God bless you and may you persevere in the faith.
