Good evening to all, how are you? Me, nothing's change still, lol, just going to share and write here the dish that my mother experimented and cooked today for our meal, in Tagalog, it's called pachamba or pacham.
That's the dish that my mother cooked this morning, dunno what kind of meal or ulam is that but it smells good, i asked my mother about it and she told me that it's her experiment and a pachamba or pacham na luto daw.
That's a small pieces of pork that's been marinated or ibinabad sa soy sauce and calamansi, it should be for porksteak but my mother cut and make it in small pieces and decided to cook it for today's food.
When it's already cooked, it smells good and look delicious, i got used to eat pachamba or pacham na luto since i worked here in Boracay, in Regency 'coz most of the dish they cooked there are a pacham but it's delicious and yummy so i don't get surprised when my mother told me that she cooked that kind of meal or dish for our food here today. It tasted yummy and delicious and seems like a menudo dish without a sauce in it so i like it and ate most of it this afternoon, lol.
