Good evening to all, just going to share here one of my favorite dish, my mother cooked it even though it's not yet friday, lol, had convinced her to cook it for our dish or meal for this day, the photo is not that clear though, please bare with the photo i took po.
The dish is Mung Beans with Malunggay, Alukbati, Puso ng Saging, Dilis with Coconut milk in it, it's a delicious and healthy dish and one of my favorite, lol
It's delicious because Mung Beans has many nutrients in it same with Malunggay and Alukbati as it's a leafy vegetables that's also contains many nutrients and good for our health as well as on Puso ng Saging and Coconut milk, while Dilis is a seafood and also contains nutrients which is also good for us.
It's a probinsyanong luto because you mixed it with some leafy vegetables and never thought that it will taste really good and is very healthy because of the ingredients that was in it, was so full this day, lol
