Carbonara.. italian syle To be honest i don't know how to make pasta meals, even a simple one... I know how carbonara looks like with a white sauce, topped with mushroom and bacon bits.. So this one, it's different from the normal carbonara i know.. the fresh egg seasoned with salt and pepper and herbs would be the pasta sauce.. i don't know how they crack egg and give that kind of presentation of the egg.. After serving, just put the fresh egg on the noodles and mixed it and then add more parmesan cheese.. the taste is a bit classy not the normal creamy carbonara.. I love the taste .. a new experience 🥰 #bestfriendalice💟
