Special breakfast 🥰 This is called "pinangat na ayungin sa sampalok" delivered by my friend.. she knows i love ayungin.. my friend sells fish and other sea foods.. and everytime there is ayungon she will call if i am home and she will send it or ask somebody to bring it to me... so blessed to have good and thoughtful friends... By the way.. pinangat is the way to cook this meal.. just a little of water , lots of tomatoes and onions, salt and fresh tamarind( sampalok) for a little sour on the soup.. ayungin is the name of the fish.. Pinangat po pala tawag sa ganyang luto. Mukhang masarap po lalo na may tamarind.
oo .. basta luto sa kamatis at sampalok or kamias.. pwede sinigang or pangat ang tawag.. sinigang pag maraming sabaw .. pangat pag konti ang sabaw
