I just came up with my own ideas.
Normally, we have to work or attend meetings weekdays and sometimes even on weekends.
THE NIGHT BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR CLASS OR MEETING OR WORK, DO YOUR BEST TO HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP.
Find comfortable spot to sleep, put your bedsheets and pillowcases that has cotton or kind of cloth that you love.
Have enough meal because we often feel sleepy after we eat because we are full (of course, have a healthy meal).
Make sure you will not gonna sweat because of what you wear and turn on your preferred power of electric fan or air conditioner.
Humidifier may also helps you to have a wonderful fragrant and will make you feel very comfortable.
Having a bath before you go to bed can also helps you to feel sleepy in a few minutes.
Put your phone away from yourself, you can put in on the table or cabinet or anywhere else but not within the foam or bed. It also helps to prevent you from radiation.
WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING.
Some people say that the first thing we achieve within the day is when we fetch our bed after we woke up. If you can, wake up before sunrise and watch the sunrise while having breakfast ‘cause it can help to boost your mood for the day. Avoid checking your social media right after you open your eyes. You may listen to any music you preferred and if you still have enough time before you eat breakfast, then have some meditation or yoga or some warm ups and then proceed to exercise.
AFTER YOU HAD A TIME FOR YOURSELF AND BOOSTING YOUR MOOD, TAKE A BATH
Some of us are lazy to take a bath when we do not have to go outside. But I swear that having shower in the morning is such a huge help to start a day with a productive spirit. We just have to do what we used to do when we go out, so that it’ll feel the same way even if we’re just staying indoor.
IF YOU STILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE YOU START YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN WORK OR CLASS, DO YOUR PASSION OR MAKE SOMETHING DIFFERENT EACH DAY
• You can cook for yourself
• You can create your own music
• Play some instruments
• Dance or sing with your favorite songs
• Read whichever you preferred
• Catch up with the news
• Leave some messages to your love ones
• Make some desserts or prepare some dishes
• Write whatever you want
• Explore through surfing internet
• Taking care plants or animals
• Decorate your house or even your room
• Pray or have devotion (This is recommended before you sleep and after you wake up)
AFTER THAT, YOU CAN PROCEED TO THE THINGS YOU SHOULD START WITH
Sometimes, even we woke up early in the morning, we still have short time to relax and to do whatever we want because we still have to finish household chores before anything else.
So, everyone listen up! It’s up to you on how will you manage your time to get everything done within a day. I swear that it’ll all be worth it and your sleep at night will have no more cut because it’ll help to have a very well sleep and will make your body clock be on time in the morning. A cycle that will make you somehow healthy even without socializing physically or going outside. I hope you may have a peace of mind even after all the stress you’ve got from your work and studies!
