Beauty day

Finally! After almost a year and a half I had my hair cut. I only have my hair cut once a year. My friend and I have scheduled this last week and because my mom also wanted to have a hair cut, she tagged along. So my friend also asked her mom to tagged along so it was like a double date. When did you had your hair cut? How often do you get a hair cut or how often do you visit a salon? I have already mentioned here before that I hated going to the parlors because I do not like the person that I see in the mirror.  I have published an article about the girl in the mirror. And today I had to stare at that person for hours.The mirror made me look so fat and I was literally wide. I saw all my physical flaws just by sitting there but I did not let that affect me. When I was at the salon, I cannot help but to admire the people working there. I have noticed it even before that their hair were always colored and it gets the proper treatment that they need. I asked for a professional advice with regards to hair treatment and it costs around Php3498 or roughly around $70. Ouch! She said that my hair will not be straightened but it will have that shine and volume that would last for 4-5 months and the procedure will be 3-4 hours. Not bad right? She also said that ordinary hair treatments would not work on my hair anymore because it is so dry. My mom also wanted to have that hair treatment so that means I need to save some money for that. I hope I can treat her again before Christmas. I treated her for a hair cut today. I'm pretty sure that she's puzzled where I get the money though I know that she thinks that I got it from the Lyka app. LOL.

After our hair cut, we bought siomai, takoyaki and shawarma from a neaeby supermarket. I was really hungry because I did not eat anything before we left the house. I had a super late lunch that triggered my migraine. So when I got home, in less than 5 minutes I was able to finish 8 pcs of takoyaki. I did not shared it to anyone and my mom was so surprised when she saw the empty take out boxes. LOL. After my mom and I had our late lunch and snack for my dad, I asked out helper to color my hair. I used a different brand of hair color and I am loving it. I like it better than the first brand that we have used in the past. I will be sticking with this brand from now on even my mom. Although I still have to check if the color will really be ok after few weeks. While our helper was coloring my hair, I was already sleepy. I slept past 2AM last night. I know I have slept twice while I was drafting my previous article, pressure. It was the first time that it happened to me. I tried to stay awake so I can publish it and not miss a day. I cannot remember what I have been blabbering in that article. LOL. When I was waiting for my color to set on my hair, I took a quick nap as my eyes were really getting heavier even when we were at the salon. I had 2 mugs of black coffee after I showered but up to this minute, migraine is still knocking but bearable. What are your beauty regime? Do you also feel pretty after going to the salon? Or what do you feel after you had a hair cut? My hair styles are either straight or layered cut so I know what I would look like after but I still feel pretty especially when my hair has been blow dried. But today it was different. Yes I still feel pretty but my size in the mirror was what bothered me. LOL. I guess I have to plan my meals if I were to start my revenge body. Woohoo! Discipline and motivation come to me. Temptations and laziness shoo do not bother me. LOL. Got any suggestion for an affordable diet meal plan for me? The next thing that I want to do is facial and a whole body massage. I really miss pampering myself. I hope next time I can do all three of them in one day so that it can really be a total beauty day.
