I lost my bch in read.cash

Today it's quite sad that although it is only 3USD, but my bch that I earn in read.cash seems gone after I send my money from here to remitano.

Although it said successful, but my remitano account still reflect zero amount.

So my experiment now is failed. Lol. Luckily it is only 3USD. If it is 1bch and it's gone, I will totally crazy about it.
