Easy Yummy Fried Rice
We don't usually cook fried rice. We only cook this if we eat it with canned goods like corned beef, beef loaf and others.
Ingredients
Rice- either newly cooked, left over or mix (your preference)
Minced onion
Diced garlic
Hotdog
Oyster Sauce
Thawed "Frozen Mix Vegetables" (prepack veggies that you can buy in the grocery)
Procedure
Saute onion and garlic.
Once onion is soft, add the frozen mix vegetables and hotdog. Let it be cooked for around 5 minutes.
If you don't have hotdogs, that is okay, we can skip that part. If you dont have frozen mix vegetables, you can just make one. It is just a mix of carrots, green peas and corn. You can even just add carrots and that wouls be good to go.
Once everything in the pan is cooked, put the rice in and mix it with the vegetables.
Heat everything for around 3 minutes while constantly mixing it.
Pour the oyster sauce (the amount of oyster sauce will depend on your preference) and mix it for 5 minutes until rice will turn brown.
Mix it evenly and serve.
It is a very easy recipe yet so delicious. It beats the regular fried rice that you can buy in restaurants.
