Buko Pandan with Cheese

During summer, on a hot day, my body always craves for Buko Pandan. It led me to the point where the usual taste just bores me. Since I love cheese, I thought about adding cheese bits to my Buko Pandan and it turned out great!

Ingredients:

2 packs of Pandan-flavored Gulaman

1 tsp of Pandan-flavored Syrup

1/2 cup of Sugar

4 cups of Water

2 pouches of All Purpose Cream

1 can of 150ml Condensed Milk

2 cups of shredded Coconut

1/2 cup of diced Cheese

2 cups of cooked small pearls

Procedure:

  1. Dissolve Jelly Powder and Sugar in Water. Let it boil on medium heat.

  2. Once it reaches the boiling point, turn off the heat and put it in containers. let the Jelly chill for an hour to make it firm.

  3. Once chilled, slice the Jelly to small cubes.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix All Purpose Cream and Condensed Milk.

  5. Pour 1 tsp of Pandan-flavored Syrup. Mix well.

  6. Add the Jelly Cubes, Cooked Small Pearls and Cheese. Mix well.

  7. Add the Shredded Coconut. Chill for an hour before serving.
