Ingredients
Pork
2 tbsp of minced garlic
2 tbsp of banana catsup
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp of black pepper
Procedure
Combine all the ingredients and marinate for 4 hours
After you marinate the pork, put the meats in a barbecue stick to have it ready for grilling.
Grill 2 to 3 minutes each side or until cooked.
You can use a Barbecue Basting Mixture while grilling to intensify the flavor, recipe below. You can use a brush on the mixture to your barbecue. You just have to brush it to and fro hehe
Barbecue basting mixture:
1/2 cup of used marinade
1/4 cup of Banana Catsup
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
If the meat is already cooked, we end the grilling by brushing the meat with Margarine before we serve it. If you don't have Margarone, you can try butter and let me know how it tastes :)
