Sometimes

Sometimes all we need is a little push to get going, move on and let go To pull us to the ground and restart all over again To remind us that we need to experience trials to be triumphant To show us how life can be amazing even in simple things To make us feel that we matter even if we are just simple And to allow us to go beyond what we think we can only do. Sometimes all we need is new sets of friends To lift us up and open our eyes To listen to our problems and our dreams To encourage and show us a different world aside from our comfort zones To turn our tears into laughters To support our ideas without even judging us And to make us feel important. Sometimes we also need a little me time To analyze what went wrong To identify the key areas that we overlook To gather more strength to move on To obtain more knowledge and wisdom to help us grow And to have a time to reflect and pray. Sometimes we need that special someone To give spark to that dim path To add colors to that boring one or two-tone To bring joy that we never felt before To show us life's new meaning and happy ending To make us laugh and cry the hardest To support us even when our jokes are corny And to make us feel secured and comfortable even without saying a single word. Sometimes we don't need anything grand All we need is a pinch of courage, a dash of inspiration, top it with a smile And sprinkle a lot of faith and prayer To complete that missing link or piece To create an almost perfect recipe Of a happy and peaceful life that we deserve to have. ...^•°...
