I Matter

I matter! Day by day, I woke up and say Oh God, thank you for this wonderful journey I not only count my blessings twice but million times Why? Because I have my family by my side And not only that, I have my baby who always wakes me up A reminder that I am more blessed, I am loved, that I matter Each morning, even if there are a lot of errands waving for my name Who am I to complain My body will just be tired but not my heart and mind My body will be weak so many times but not my faith in Him that I adore and glorify My tears will fall of course, but soon they will be wiped away with sweet embrace and laughter Day in and day out My life's journey may seem routinary and ordinary But no, when you look inside me You will see a stronger and loving person I can be Yes, I may look timid and shy I may be a silent type But look closely and try to know me better You will see a different me, the one you would love to be. How can I say all these? Because my Lord showed me the true me That other people's opinion do not matter As long as I know the real me and my Creator accepted me and love me for who I am Did I talk to Him personally? Yes, and sometimes He just send random people to remind, enlighten and help me. God works silently, secretly and most of the time obviously Sometimes we are just too busy Things in our head are too loud and noisy that we can no longer hear Him Our heart are so troubled that we deny to lean on Him Let go and let God He always listens, always there.
