Let's see Miko's story. Miko did not graduate from highschool because he hated Math. But Miko cooks so well especially baking that even without formal education all his bread really tastes good. So he pursue his passion and did not listen to what his father and siblings would tell him. And lucky enough, he was able to establish his own bakery and hired key and trusted people to help his business grow more.
Let's see Diana's story. Diana wants to be a doctor but her family wants her to be a lawyer. She hates debates and would not want to hurt her parents so she tried her best to fulfill their wish. She studied well to have good grades but then she never passed the bar exams after several tries. Until she decided to give up and ended up frustrated and unhappy.
Another story is of Lisa. Lisa has a lot of skills; baking, make-up artist, banker, online seller and sometimes virtual assistant. She has so many things in her plate that sometimes she don't know where to focus to, which led her to being frustrated because she really wants to be a well-known for hrr delicious cakes and pastries. She wants to achieve so many things and she feels that time is running out. Sometimes she list down her daily priorities but she could not really handle it well and it overwhelmed her.
Then there is Julius. He wants to be an architect but because his best friend became successful in online selling that he was able to travel to the different parts of the world. So Julius decided to let go of his dream and follow the footstep of his best friend. At first it was okay but after sometime it did not went well. And he again tried another one that led him to bankruptcy. Good thing his best friend never left him and helped him recover and start a new. He returned to his first love architecture and became successful.
Different people, different stories. Have you seen yourself to either one of them?
Always hold on to your dream and never let anyone dictate you what to do so you will not end up regret everything and the sad part is we can no longer undo and rewind them.
Always hold on to your dream, pursue and chase it no matter how hard and long it takes. Every road will not be smooth, most will be rocky, or slippery road but I tell you, it will all be worth it. And 5-10 years from now you can tap your shoulders and thank yourself for standing up and fight for your dreams.
