I can't go to bed hungry. Ha ha .. A simple dish, Lika fields, that's what we call it, and there is Lika blood in me, so ...... A simple Lika dish whose main ingredient is potatoes. The potatoes are first washed and dried well, then cut in half, salted and baked in the oven. Pole is especially popular in winter with the addition of a slice of bacon before baking which gives it an extra flavor. Ne može se ići gladan spavati. Ha ha... Jednostavno jelo,Ličke pole, tako mi zovemo, a u meni ima ličke krvi, tako da...... Jednostavno ličko jelo čiji je glavno sastojak krumpir. Krumpiri se prvo dobro operu i osuše, zatim se prerežu na pola, posole i ispeku u pećnici. Pole su posebno popularne u zimi uz dodatak kriške slanine prije pečenja koja daje dodatnu aromu.
