Last summer we often ate tomato salsa and some vegetable meatballs. Zucchini has always been the main ingredient.
Ingredients
400 g zucchini
200 g onions
200 ml of milk
150 g of old bread
40 g of grated parmesan
4 tablespoons parsley
80-100 g of bread crumbs
3-4 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Finely chop the parsley.
Cut the zucchini into three parts, cut into strips and chop into cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Chop the bread and pour milk over it.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the onion until it softens, add the zucchini and one clove of garlic, if you don't like it, and when the zucchini are ready, take it out. After a few minutes, add salt and pepper as desired and fry the zucchini for about 12 hours. 15 minutes.
Put chilled zucchini, grated parmesan, parsley, grated garlic, drained bread, 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs in a bowl and mix everything well with a fork. Add spices.
If necessary, add more bread crumbs, but do not overdo it, so that the mixture is not hard.
Sprinkle a little pretzels on the work table, then put the mold over them. Coat it with butter beforehand, and put two tablespoons or more or less, depending on the size of the mold.
Press from above with a spoon, flatten, sprinkle with a good pinch of bread crumbs and squeeze out the shaped burger.
I dropped 9 pieces, depending on the size of the mold.
Fry the burgers in 4 tablespoons of oil over a medium heat, about 5 minutes on each side, because the zucchini are almost cooked.
You can also bake them in the oven in a tin with baking paper, 12-14 minutes at 200 degrees. After 6-7 minutes, turn them over!
Pleasant!
It looks really tasty! Pleasant!
