Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g of cleaned young beans
700 g of chard
100 g of fennel
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons vegeta
4 tablespoons olive oil
pepper, salt
Preparation:
Cook the cleaned beans and drain. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut the chard into wider noodles, add a little salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. Fry the sliced fennel briefly in olive oil. Strain the chard, add the fennel and sauté them for about 3 minutes. Stir in the prepared beans, vegeta, pepper and chopped garlic. Stir the vegetables and cook briefly. Serve young beans with chard as a stand-alone dish or as a side dish with a steak.
