Rolled chicken fillet with potatoes and cheese

Ingredients :

2 chicken fillets

2 potatoes

1 egg

70 g cream cheese

Salt, pepper, vegeta, red pepper

1 cube butter (20 g)

baking oil

Preparation

1.

Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash.

2.

Add egg and cream cheese, mix everything and season with a teaspoon of salt (maybe a little more if you like saltier) and half a teaspoon of pepper.

Thin the chicken fillet with a mallet.

4.

Season with red sweet pepper, vegeta, salt and pepper on both sides.

5.

Spread the stuffing on the meat, roll it up and fasten the ends with toothpicks.

6.

Pour a little oil into the pan, place the prepared rolls and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Turn occasionally to brown on both sides. When the meat is cooked for 30 minutes, coat it with butter. Towards the end, pour a little lukewarm salted water.

7.

Transfer to a plate, remove toothpicks and cut into slices.

Serving:

It goes great with any salad. The flesh is finely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Adjust the salt and pepper to taste, I like it a little more spicy.
