The higher the knowledge that people have, the wiser they will use it

There is a proverb that says "So be like a rice plant, because the more it contains the more it bows down". When the rice plant has grown large, the more the load of the rice seeds is getting heavier. If it is getting heavier, of course, the rice plant will bend down. This is because the trunk of the rice tree is made of rice leaf structures that support each other. In contrast to empty rice seeds that do not contain, although it seems that rice seeds bear a lot of fruit because they do not contain the rice tree will remain upright.
This is a parable for people who have knowledge, are educated or experienced. The higher one's knowledge should be, the person should be wiser in using it. This does not mean that if someone has a lot of knowledge, he must be arrogant, easily deceive people, and even worse, to commit crimes. Sometimes a person who has higher knowledge than the people around him will be more selfish and will act according to his own will.
Often a person has high knowledge just to be arrogant, to get empathy from others or to get degrees.
People who really already have a high level of knowledge will not actually do that because they know better how they are before and after learning. Of course after they master a field, they tend to use that knowledge wisely, not to deceive people and they may share their knowledge with others.
Someone who really learns from what they did not understand before and is able to appreciate the gift of knowledge given to him will certainly be more humble to people who are still laymen. So people who are knowledgeable and humble will be more humble and choose to stand on an equal footing with others.
People who are more knowledgeable will also have more respect for others and choose not to mention things that the layman may not know. The person will only answer what they know well and will not add things that they do not know.
In addition, most people who are highly knowledgeable will think twice if they want to advise others and they will also see who they would advise. That's because he doesn't want his rank to be higher just because he has a higher education than the person he will be advising. If the person is older and more experienced than us, we should just listen to his complaints and give only options to solve the problem instead of giving him advice.
So, for those of us who are still learning and not knowledgeable enough, just be quiet and watch if someone who is smarter and more experienced is speaking in front of you. Appreciate, pay attention and just absorb the knowledge he shares with us.

Knowledge indeed makes us humble. But, most people assume humility as a weakness. Often polite people are bullied in society.
