Although it sounds trivial, a sedentary lifestyle, or what is commonly called a sedentary lifestyle, can cause some bad effects for the brain and health. 2. Obesity

People who are lazy to move will usually be obese. This happens because the amount of dietary fat that enters the body is not balanced with fat burning through exercise or activity. Of course this will make the person obese and will be susceptible to other diseases.

3. Can have a stroke

Lack of physical activity, can be a cause of blockage of blood flow because the muscles are not actively stretching. Regulatory nerve cells in the brain can also weaken because they don't get enough oxygen from the blood. Therefore you must always do activities so that our muscles can stretch.

4. Having a headache

This incident is experienced by many people who sleep too much. Sleeping for long periods of time has a negative impact on your brain causing you to experience migraines upon awakening.

Those are some diseases that can attack you if you are lazy to move. So if you don't have work at home, you can do other activities or exercise even if it's only for a while.

Health is indeed very expensive and expensive goods will definitely be difficult to get. So before we get sick because we are lazy to move, we better force ourselves to exercise so that the muscles in our bodies can stretch.
