5 Habits That I Chose to Change

Hello everyone,

Hope you are doing great and enjoying the lazy Sunday.

Here I am @aze25 again with some habits that I changed over the past few years. Changing these really helped me a lot.

  • I started to drink a glass of water in the morning. After a night sleep, it's normal to have an urge to urinate and also the body consumes a lot of water during the breathing process at night. So a glass of water in the morning helps us to refill the requirements of water.

  • Started to never skip breakfast. Breakfast is like the fuel in the tank you fill-up before going for the ride. So, never skip breakfast.

  • Started reading every day. Food is called the fuel of body and knowledge is called the fuel of the soul. As the body needs it's fuel same goes for the soul. It also needs its fuel.

  • Keeping the phone away before sleep. Mobile phones are an important part of our today's life but it is as dangerous as it is helpful. It disperses radiations which are very bad for human sensitive organs especially the brain. Put away your mobile of the side table and not under your pillow.

  • Daily exercise. Exercise does not means to go to the gym and lift heavy weights. It means taking out time in your daily routine and focus only on your body. It can be a walk, it can be a skipping the rope, it can be hiking, it can be cycling, or even yoga etc.

It feels to me these are not actually things you do but you try take people to believe it. You copied these tips added some lines to the first part and forgot to edit the rest of the text. It's no plagiarism to use someone's idea but this isn't a good read with the different writing styles. You could have easily write a text and woven these tips into it.

All these things are very useful. I would just add as far as water is concerned. Drinking water in the morning is the healthiest because it dilutes the blood and thus protects our cardiovascular system.

Maximum time I ate my breakfast at afternoon, 😅 I kept my phone always with me. I never exercise!
