Her Life.

Hey guys! It's @aquariyoursxx once again. So right now here in my community, it's raining a bit and the place is getting cold so I'm having a sentimental vibes. Please bare with me!

Once, a girl from a family of six was born. She's the only daughter of the married couple and she have 3 older brothers. Having a babysitter to take care of her, brothers that sit around her bed and a loving mother would surely make you think how lucky the baby girl is.

However, her father, a seaman needed to work again and be in the ship as soon as she turned one. As something usual, her brothers didn't make a big issue of it. Years and years, her father never missed a single call. He would always ask his children how they are with his loving voice. Give gifts through 36x36 boxes filled with toys, shoes, food, and clothes being delivered to their house. What a lucky family. That, I would think.

One day, now the 7-year old girl called his father to tell him her achievements in school. She told his father excitedly every little thing with sparkling eyes and high-pitched voice. Until he heard his father say, "And so? " with a very bored tone. Right then and there, she knew something's wrong when her tears suddenly came out. Hurt and feeling a sting her heart she gave the phone to her mother and then she heard them fighting.

"When are you gonna come back?... on my birthday? Yay! I miss you!"

"Dad, where are you?... you'll come home next week? Okay! I'll wait for you!"

"It's been a month, when will you come home? Next year? Okay."

Those have been the phone conversations of her and her father. Giving false hopes, lies and a dying relationship. Eventually, they can't call her father. Hate started building up on her heart silently.

Every single day, everytime she sees her classmates and friends talking to their father, an unfamiliar feeling always comes out-jealousy. That's what it is. She accepted and lived with it until her heart turned numb and couldn't feel any pain when talking about her father ever again.

7 years after, on Christmas Day, she and her brothers went to her father's hometown. The house was filled with laughter and joy until a phone rings. It's her father calling, for the first time in 7 years. They planned it all along, their cousins. She was forced to talk to their father, but she can't. Tears just started rolling down her eyes. She felt that familiar sting in her heart. The familiar loving voice she heard. But she can't fathom to talk to her father like nothung happened. She left the house not knowing that that was her last chance. Because again, in the present, no calls, no text, no news.

She lived without having a father.

don't want to lose hope but when I think of him I can't control myself anymore, it hurts a lot. Sometimes it seems that there is no benefit in keeping this life😭😭

In the end you will still regret the chance to have that little chat with your father. If I can also bring back the past, I will do my very best to have a chat and bond with my father. Unlike now that I can only have a chance to chat with him inside my dream.

I don't know. At first I did regret. But now, I don't. It's not something because of hate, I'm sure of that.

Maybe you are already immune to the fact that you have no memories of your father bonding together. That's given. But we still wishes the feeling of what if... especially when I see a family who have a very close relationship with there father.
