The Best Time To Quit Your Pathetic Job, Is Now

Let's face it, no matter where we live in the world, we probably can't make enough if we work for somebody else.

What your parents told you to study and get good grades, to find a job, doesn't seem to work for right about everyone.

Even for those a simple job seems to bring important revenue today, well it simply doesn't.

It is a pandemic of cheap labour that brought this together with zero protection against the employers and the inflitration and devastation of any labor institutions.

Labor and employment organizations were destructured as corporations gained more power to reach the monsterous size of Tesla, Amazon and the likes.

The difference in wage between the productivity you are asked to deliver and the wage you receive, together with high inflation, high taxation, high crime rates and dangers not existant in the past, marks the time when employees simply have no reason to work anymore.

The Great Resignation Wave

Why should we work if we aren't going to make enough as our ancestors did? Why should I bring a hundredfold productivity and get paid a wage that does not suffice for my living standards?

In the Americas it is slightly different, but there is still extreme cultural demands set by the US societies and the role models. You have to spend more than you earn and work more than you should to achieve this.

The workforce has had enough, though. A wave of resignations, an Exodus from the businesses is ongoing.

Employees resign en mass lately since the beginning of 2021, simply because the money offered is not enough.

It is a supply and demand case. You don't offer what I need, I'm not getting hired by you.

The great f*** you moment, where the employees, especially of younger age, millenials, and some Generation X'ers, are giving the middle finger to the elite that has depleted the workforce wages for decades, to a point, it is not profitable to work anymore.

This is also known as the Great Resignation, or the Big Quit.

It started in the US and parts of Europe where workers, during the lockdowns found the opportunities the internet has to offer, and also found out their income, was much better working from home, but it wasn't just that.

Workers are having to deal with daily stressful situations when working in an office, in a shop, or in a business building. Far from their home, workers feel vulnerable, as they are always under threat of not performing well, or of having to deal with supervisors that are clearly incapable of handling people.

I am convinced all of you in a daily job, working for someone else, have already been yelled at, humiliated, or mistreated in any way.

Well, this doesn't happen when you work from home. You are the boss, and you have nobody that had a bad day above your head, trying to find what you did wrong, why you didn't perform 100 times better from what was to be expected, or why you didn't work those 5 hours of overtime.

A big f*** this all moment. This is what happens when you mess and try to squish the juice out of your employees, just to look good to those higher in command.

The constant need to act and not respond but just be a happy moron in your workplace, while you are burning and suffering inside, is another reason.

You are meant to always be joyful, polite, respectful, and work in a team. It's fine being a teamplayer, but not everyone can adjust with a team when characters don't simply match.

Working from home beats working in a business environment hands down.

Yet, until Covid it was the sole privilege of just the CEO's and the management. Not the employees of course. Well, I can' work from home, why the hell should I go back to work at the office? To justify the wages of the supervisors?

It is all a terrible situation in businesses, but the wage is the worst of all:

The green line in this chart explains what is expected from you as an employee. The red line explains what you are getting paid for this productivity.

In a few words, not worth the trouble. Get out. You don't have to listen to your annoying co-workers or the bastard supervisors nagging and humiliating you any more. Be your own boss, work in your own terms. Make money by being smart, work smarter and make double or tripple what you were paid by your shitty employer.

There is a lot of money to make, and perhaps just ten readers will reach this last few sentences, so this is about you guys, listen to your heart, make the move forward, get some skills of those the internet asks for and give the finger to your boss after handing your resignation.

Finally

Until about the 80s in the western societies, (USA, half of Europe, Australia, etc.) but also in many more parts of the world as some Latin American countries, wages were following the product the employers delivered. In the 80s most during the end of that decade, the corporations got smarter, bigger, and started asking for more, and paying for less. They control the governments today, in fact, just 10 families rule the world today, so they make the law.

Didn't expect the great resign though, but the threat to them is cryptocurrencies. They don't want you to get payed higher than the shitty wages they pay, they want you to just slightly manage to get buy and be happy and thankful to them.

Well, f*** them. You deserve a lot better, you deserve to not be in debt, build your house, buy a car, buy good clothes that will keep you warm at winter, have vacation every year, be your own boss, and not having to deal with bullshit and act like you don't care. You care and it is just the business model that doesn't work today.

It doesn't matter where you live. You probably struggle to get by.

With a laptop or a smartphone and Bitcoin Cash you can change everything. Open your online business get better at what you know or do already. Expand your skills and your knowledge and direct in one topic that you can become an expert.

You will get offers around the world, and you will get paid double tripple or more than your shitty boss pays you today.

Work to make the money you deserve, not half or 1/10th of what you produce.

I like to work from home and generate extra income, I also like to be my own boss. This has many advantages for me since I take care of my children and take care of my house until my husband arrives in the evening.

Just reading your title almost made me writeup and hand in my resignation. Lols. Kidding aside though. There is a lot of truth to your article here. I guess we have come to that point where the old, ancient way is challenged and it no longer fits.

I like working from home. Best is that you can work from anywhere. Glad some companies adjusted so that privilege no longer gets to be enjoyed by just the CEOs.

I am happy for those who left and started to make money online. No more annoying bosses! Lol! The pay isn’t enough for a day to day expenses. I can tell that companies look for opportunities to lessen their labor cost while aiming for high returns. How can someone be productive if that’s the case. It is not always a win-win scenario.

Yep, I agree with that one, a pandemic of cheap labor. Listen, you mightn't make as much on your own and you might not have the "stability" that a job promises, but I'll tell you this, once you adjust, there's nothing that can match the independence of really making it on your own. I'm with you on this piece, dude! Following!

Yeah, putting such a hard work into a cheap labor is really exhausting because you now to yourself that you work hard but doesn't get the salary that you deserve plus getting yelled by your higher UPS in your workplace is really stressful. I like the idea of working from home because you can cut some expenses like transportation that consumes a lot in the salary of workers.

The transporation cost is also important, and adding the hours wasted on transportation gets even worse. I don't know the stats, but I can imagine most have to spend at least one hour on the road daily. Many probably waste two or three hours just to get to work and back home.

Yeah that's why it is much easier to work from home because you can save a lot energy and get a lot rest. Unlike going to office where you can always be late because of traffic plus you will come back home late also because of traffic.

Working a 8-5hours is a fast killing drug for anyone doing it. I remember when I work for someone once at the end of the month I saved nothing because of the expenses and high cost of life

Was there too. Working and having nothing left. My savings at a certain time were going lower and felt this wasn't going to work for me. I left and never looked back.
