The story of Hannibal Lecter is based on the serial killer Robert Modsley, who is called the most dangerous man in Great Britain. Modsley committed one crime at large, and the others behind bars, but one was especially creepy, which is why he owes the nickname Hannibal Cannibal.

Modls was born in Liverpool in 1953. As a child, he was abused mentally and physically. When he was two years old with his siblings, he was taken away from his parents and placed in an orphanage. He was returned to his parents when he was eight years old.

His father then started abusing him. At the age of 16, he fled to London. He started doing drugs and prostitution so that he could pay dealers. He ended up in the hospital as many as seven times for suicide attempts.

While he was in treatment, he spoke about the abuse and claimed to hear voices telling him to kill his parents. Modsley returned to the street where he was exploited, raped and beaten by older men for sex.

When he was 21, he was picked up on the street by John Farrell. They had sexual intercourse, after which Farrell showed him photos of him abusing children. Maudsley went crazy. He strangled Farrell. He was imprisoned in a hospital for the mentally ill, where in 1977 he abducted and tortured prisoner David Francis. He eventually broke his head, and allegedly took a spoon and ate David's brain.

Modsley was declared fit for trial and transferred to a well-guarded prison. There he killed two in one day. All of Robert's victims were sex offenders. He was nicknamed Brain Eater, Spoons and Hannibal the Cannibal. The prison system denied his actions until the third and fourth murders, when the media started writing about it.

As he became a threat to other prisoners, he was isolated. He didn't even get a haircut for 12 years, because no one wanted to cut his hair. He was accompanied by six guards when he came out of an isolated cell for recreation once a day. The British prison system created a special cell for him.

The cell had bulletproof glass, and the guards fed him through a small hole. The cell looked very similar to the cell that was later shown in the movie "When the Lambs Go Silent".

Robert Modsley, otherwise highly intelligent and a lover of classical music, is one of 60 prisoners in Britain who will certainly never be released. Modsley holds the record for the longest-serving prisoner - about 39 years. He said it threw him into depression so he asked to be granted a parrot. If he couldn't get a parrot, he asked to be given cyanide to kill himself.

Although he claims to be depressed, Maudsley has been shown to tolerate loneliness quite well. He enjoys music and poetry, he asked to study, he has a Playstation and a TV in his cell, and he spent his 64th birthday playing the popular game "Call of Duty".
