Introduction:

It is said that bees help in many ways. Bees have great contribution to nature and to farmers, they are responsible to billions of crop species that they pollinate every year. Crops that are dependent to pollination such as fruits and vegetables which are the main source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals are very essential to us that need a balanced diet. But, some species of bees can be dangerous to humans.

Research Hypothesis:

The behavior of wild bees that have violent sting can be harmful to humans.

Steps of Scientific Inquiry with specific examples:

1. Make an Observation

The common problem on the behavior of wild bees that is being observed is the different reactions to human body that bee stings produced which bring discomfort to humans and if wound has not been treated immediately, it can lead to severe complications.

2. Ask a Question

What actions could be taken to prevent being bitten by wild bees?

3. Form a Hypothesis

The population of bees is continuously decreasing due to climate change, pollution, and pesticides are being used to get rid of bees. However, it can affect the yields of pollinator-dependent crops as the population of bees decreases.

4. Make a Prediction based on the Hypothesis

Using pesticides must be prevented, ask a professional instead.

5. Test the Prediction

Professionals have taken action to manage and control wild bees from spreading and avoid people to be bitten.

6. Conclusion

In conclusion, if an individual does not have proper knowledge on how to manage and control wild bees, another problem might arise. If humans continuously using pesticides, the population of bees will keep on declining, thus, it can be a threat to the agricultural industry, for it is responsible for pollination activities on crops. Therefore, experts recommend that the usage of inorganic pesticides is not advisable to be used.
