In my own perspective, an effective cheerleader must possess a quality of being hard working. Being a cheerleader is a responsibility as behind those dances, stunts, and cheers, a cheerleader is still a normal student. He/she must be hardworking to strive to be the best version of herself – to be physically fit, healthy, and etc. Cheerleading is considered as a sport as a student athlete should be hardworking to have the ability to manage multiple demands at the same time. Cheerleading takes a lot of time and energy, but a cheerleader must be able to complete school works and other responsibilities. Afterall, it’s our education that will lead to our success, but those sports such as cheerleading is an experience and train on how we deal and communicate with other people. Thus, being a cheerleader is not always easy, but the skills and knowing the meaning of “hard work” will not only carry us as person throughout lifetime but will help us to shape who we really are or what we want to become.
