Political parties are one of the many pillars of democracy. Parties exist to become associations of politicians who fight for the hearts and votes of the people. in a democratic country, political parties are the balancing force of the powers held by the government or the executive branch. Political parties are present in buildings that we call the people's representative institutions or the legislature. Everyone has the right to establish and run the work program of his political party.
The state, through the government, is obliged to protect political parties. The government that is currently in power may not interfere in the internal affairs of a political party. Because the government is an election result that comes from democratic contestation of political parties. Therefore, political parties have independence in internal affairs. There is no force that can intervene in a political party.
In certain cases, there are internal problems in political parties. Does the problem stem from a problem with one cadre and another party cadre. Or does the problem come from party cadres and party officials. Whatever the case, internal political parties have mechanisms that are regulated in the basic rules of political parties. They have a party court which aims to resolve all internal problems of political parties.
Political party courts can issue court decisions that punish political party administrators and members. Decisions made by judges at party courts are final and binding.
