Space-time is the way energy communicates

The body regenerates and yet it dies because the energy source (I call spirit) is gone. People come back from the dead (there are numerous documented accounts). If our energy communicates with an alternative dimension we can then travel to that dimension and back. If that is possible our energy can then teleport us to any location in space and time. How do we communicate with space-time using our energy?
