Hi everyone, This is @aminul once Again. How are you? I think all are well by the grace of Almighty. I am also fit and fine by the grace of Almighty. Today i am going to share an important article about democracy. I think already you know about that. Democracy is a system of government which allows freedom of speech, religious and political opinion. It means fair and equal' treatment for the citizens without social class division. In fact, in a democratic country people elect their representatives who work for the people. Free and fair election is the precondition of democracy. In a democratic country people enjoy the rights of food,. clothes, shelter, education, medical treatment and other facilities. People are the source of power, that is, people possess the absolute power- in a democratic country. Abraham Lincoln! defines democracy as "government of the people; by the people and for the people". Ours is a democratic country. We hope We stride ahead towards • a brighter tomorrow. Only people's! I government is not sufficient for it: A corruption-free society is, one of the necessities for it. TO usher a cOrruption-free society, we have to begin from the personal level; otherwise, democracy will be but 'crying in the wilderness'. So what means democracy : **Democracy** **Democracy** is a form of government in which the people have the authority to choose their governing legislation. No more now. You nicely described about "Democracy " Democracy isn't right always.Because there are many kinds of people in our society... Some are educated and some are uneducated.... So everyone's choice is different and sometimes uneducated people can't understand democracy

Very well written @aminul but I think our democratic systems all over the world are weakening and more dictatorship ideologys are raising through democratic systems.
Democracy is a good form of government because the people is the one who choose its leaders and people have equal rights. This always shows fairness to everyone whatever standing you have in the society.
Democracy it the kind of government that run in the Philippines, but today i don't think we receive the freedom we should experience
We are currently under a Democratic republican Government which we are free in choosing our leader. But in comes of freedom of speech, there is a really big problem now as the one of the network here got closed or stop operating by the government. Very bad situation. Freedom of speech has been degraded.
freedom of speech...of course we are living in a democratic country but when you try to notice somethings bad esp about political things and talk about it,well I dont know what comes next.you will be bashed and the like most esp if you came from the poor society,you wont be heard
I think that now a days many countries say that they follow democracy but the system is so corrupt that a certain number of people control the full country
