Are you happy? what makes you happy?Do you need perfect reason to be happy?

Happiness is something important that makes you alive, gives you the perfect reason to live long. But life has become so complicated and expensive that people is wandering along the path of earning happiness with money.

Now world has gone to materialistic need more . More often from children to adults they're finding happiness in it. For example: If I gift my friend an expensive watch in her birthday. She feels that she has so much value in my life. love and affection is seen in materials nowadays. Most of the families are tend to be rich likely all over the world.

Economy was better before this pandemic attack of Corona virus. During this pandemic time people started spending time with their families. Although poor people were suffered daily for not earning bread for their families. It's the most saddened moment for us. For poverty stricken people, food and shelter is most happiest and prior responsibility for them. They become happy when they feed their children at least once in a day.

Meaning of happiness depends on you. At what kind of things you find happiness?Or are you fine with your simple life?Some people are so thankful towards the grace of god. They are so happy even they don't have anything .

Poor rickshaw driver in the world of happiness

6 years back, I met a poor man who was driving a paddle rickshaw with his bare feet. As I saw his bare feet I asked him"hello sir how much do you earn a day? ". He said" it depends how much you get the client in a day?. Nowadays safari is replacing us. We have no much job and no money." How many children do you have? I again asked. He said"4." Again I bothered, do you send your children to school? He smiled happily and said yes, I do send my youngest son." it's difficult to feed my family twice a day. So I send only my son to school, 2 daughters stay home,one is already married. I wasn't shocked because most of the poverty stricken people cases are similar. They think that son is their happiness because in future,he will look after them. They celebrate when they give birth to a baby boy. So, culture, societies, Norms and values makes much difference in happiness in few of the countries.

Monks and nuns happiness

What is happiness for monk and nun? They smile all the time. Can we say smile and laughter make a person happy? For normal person it can be. But for monks are they really happy? The smile they show might be the compassion, positive feelings, welcoming, greetings or maybe in reunion of friends and family. They are the person who balance both sides of the coin: positive(love, satisfaction,progress,pride...etc), negative (hate, jealousy,greed,anger..

Etc). They are guided by a set of rules through out their life. They have nothing more than their religion and spirituality. They are responsible for the guidance and dissemination of their religion and it's principles. They are most happy people because they don't carry problems,they don't give problems and get into problems. Most of the people have abandoned their lives to get such external peace and happiness.

GNH (gross national happiness) is a measure of economic and moral progress in Bhutan introduced in 1970's instead of Gross development product(GDP)
