Success is that word for what man run behind all of his lifetime. But a few of them can catch it. For gain proper success you have to work hardly. But only working hard cannot bring you prosperity. Effort should be put on right place and in a right way. Beside working hard you should be smart

People who work in a smart way can gain more than who work hard all the time. Hard work obviously need but you should utilize your energy properly. That's the secret of key to success.

Even I got many real evidence in my my life. As a student my examples are night before exam. In which night I used to read all the questions it doesn't result very good after that night in the answer paper. But if I read only some selective and important question and read them again and again it need little time but it is more effective than read all.
