70kg ako sis. Una exercise ako nag focus kaso di ako makapag exercise daily Kaya once or twice a week Lang ako my time. So last Thursday pa Lang ako nag start mag fasting. Di ako nag fasting today kasi day off ko tas marami akong gawaing bahay. 16/8 yung gamit ko sis. 16 hours from 7pm up to 11am unang meal ko is 11am. 2nd meal ko is 7pm
