Empowerment Actually it's a word that means to bring power to others. The process is people need to be empowered by the master, since we are talking about the "master" is usually an expert in certain areas, for example, business, leadership or art.

The process of empowerment involves the transfer of power from a teacher or leader to his students and followers. This can be done through communication, inspiration or by imparting knowledge.

We are all entitled to feel comfortable and confident in his own skin without wokrrying about other people's opinion. Every person has the right to enjoy life without being forced to do things they do not agree with.

Over the years, I've had some amazing opportunities to travel across this great nation of ours and see some incredible natural wonders. I've walked among the redwoods of California, navigated the sand dunes of Michigan and gazed in awe at the Grand Canyon. But there was one place that I didn't think I'd ever visit -- until recently.

For years, I was told it was dangerous and off-limits. Then I found out that it wasn't out of reach at all -- it just had a new name.

So this is for all the folks who have been told that their dreams are limited to the color of their skin or the size of their paycheck.
