The super eagles of Nigeria are the male senior football team. That represents Nigeria in men's international football competitions. It is controlled by the Nigeria Football Federation. For most of the years in the past it had become impossible for Nigerians to watch their national football team play.

First the game played against Egypt, they had no problem winning the game, despite playing a world-class strike Mohammed Salah, the score line there was never any sign of panic from the team players. Nigeria played like a team, with all players on their toes trying to help their team members. They hold on and won the game 1-0.

In the 2nd game, against Sudan, the super eagles were on top form. They had players tricking and running around the fields like seasoned footballers. With a final score of 3-1 against Sudan Nigeria came to play football and not just to fill a space in the competition.

Their last group stage game against Guinea-Bissau was one of the most-watched games that Nigeria took part in a long time. Despite having qualified for the next round after beating Sudan and Egypt in their group match earlier than yesterday. They play sensational and gain a deserving victory. They won 2-0 and have now proceeded to the next round of the competition.
