Don't fall into the trap of believing every thought you have. In fact, the majority of what you "think" are "thoughts" are merely the words, phrases and pictures of these lenses that are flying around your awareness.
So if you're feeling depressed, angry, frustrated, fearful, doubtful, sad... realize that those thoughts aren't yours. They're projections of these past charged events stored in the mind.
That's all
Truth is balanced, centered, poised and confident. Anything other than that is not you.
So don't believe everything your mind tells you.
