If I have a number to my younger self *Should I call my younger self? I’m not sure I’d have the courage to say, ‘Hey, life’s got its ups and downs, but you’ll be okay.’ I wish l have that same bravery like Alex Warren does in his latest song, ‘****You’ll Be Alright, Kid****.’ Honestly, I still find myself wondering if I’ll really be alright. Will I be alright?* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SWp4sUaVBY But If I could call my younger self, I’d pick up the phone and say, I know you’re only twelve and the world feels a bit confusing right now, but I want you to know I’m really enjoying life in my twenties — or at least, I’m holding up pretty well. You see, kid, right now, it’s all about enjoying life despite everything. I want you to embrace the life you have without questioning it too much. Yes, you’ll lose people along the way, and that’s okay — some will come and go, but the true ones will stick around. You won’t need Billions of people to keep you sane. Just those who really see you. There will be times you cry over broken friendships or feel left behind, but trust me. You will do the same then you’ll understand and get through it. Is it really a bad thing? I don’t think so, especially now that we value self-love more than ever. It may seem selfish, but trust me, it can be beneficial — though not always. There will be days when you’ll find yourself staring at the ceiling, wondering where all your friends have gone. I once read it somewhere that when two people end their connection, they barely see each other because life takes them to different timelines and direction and their soul’s paths just aren’t aligned anymore. I think that makes sense. You’ll worry about missing birthdays, parties, or reunions, but that’s okay; they’ll understand. So, never blame yourself for not being always available to others. People grow older; Your parents started getting white hair and lines and freckles on their faces. They’re not as energetic as they once were and have started wearing glasses too. It can be heartbreaking to see how time has taken their youth to give you the life you’ve always wanted. I’m not saying this to make you feel guilty; rather, I want to emphasize the importance of loving them more deeply. If you can, please make sure to spend more time with your family. Looking back, I see that while I did spend time with them, it was often just during my spare time instead of making them a priority. You might be wondering what will happen next, and I’m here to tell you that it may not be as awesome as you imagined. Life is full of twists and turns, and like you, I often wonder where this road will lead. But wherever it takes us, I believe it will be worth it. You might find yourself asking why, seeking answers. At times, you’ll feel confused and believe that no one understands. You will blame yourself, ou might blame yourself and feel a pain that’s deeper than any scraped knee. You’ll want to call your mom, but deep down, you’ll realize it’s not something that a kiss can heal. Sometimes, the struggles feel too big for even the best hugs. There will be days when you feel careless, numb, and lost, but remember you’re human too and that’s okay. Healing takes time. But above all, I want to tell you the most important thing: don’t grow up too fast. Take the time to play outside. Catch those dragonflies, toss around some amorseko, and stay curious about everything, like eyefloaters- or if Dr. Horton is real. Collect helicopter seeds and toss them as high as you can, watch them spin down. Stare at the afternoon sunlight streaming through the kitchen window. Face the sun, press your eyelids closed, then open your eyes and notice how everything appear as a beautiful blue tint. I mean, It’s hard to explain but always be kind and Take your time to feel and appreciate even the smallest things. You will miss them when you grow up. *I know it won’t be easy getting here. but you’ll be alright. I know it’s a tiring journey but don’t give up. I’ll carry you and we’ll make it together. We’ll get there kid,* *We’ll get there.* . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SWp4sUaVBY

my cat taught me that resting quietly with right people in my life is sometimes all I need

@abrilata

I'm starting to realize that my parents are getting older and i feel so disappointed for being stuck in my "self-figuring out which way to go/learning self-love" era. I mean I have more years for myself and I can't help thinking that I'm just being selfish for having so many excuses. I think I have to stop worrying about my future and start working on how to make my parent's life a little less difficult. again I am reminded of " Be kind to your parents, it's their first time living life too" and that made me tear up. I want the world to be kinder to them and so they can enjoy their life to fullest. If I am to be reborn again, I wish to be reborn as their parents and I'll take all the chance in the world to take care and love them like how they spent their whole life loving us. by the way it's their 47th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow. *-*

I need my Joy back *"Maybe this is what happens when you grow up; you feel less joy"-* and it hits real hard. Truth they say they say that when we're young, we are often controlled by our emotions. As we get older, we begin to choose our emotions ourselves and sometimes they are massive and unfamiliar and so overwhelming. We used to be carefree, but now there's ***embarrassment*** and a heightened awareness of society's expectations. We used to be content with our small world, but now there's envy and suddenly we are compelled to explore. Life was once exciting, but now there's ***ennui***; constant living has made nothing interesting anymore. Then there's ***anxiety***, which comes on so fast and attacks us repeatedly, pounding our hearts in rebellion, drowning us in a sea of emotions, stealing our breath, and leaving invisible bruises. It pulverizes us piece by piece until we're all over—too messy to fix, too fluid to be held. too little to start anew. and that's okay. All other basic emotions we need to survive was locked up in a jar as anxiety takes over and drives most of our actions that we rarely experience true joy. We put too much pressure about ourselves with constant validation, we wanted to be heard, accepted and be relevant. All emotions are surging seas that could either make or break us. Adding or removal of one could outbalance the sail. all emotions are valid and important just as we are. And only thorough navigation can save us. I never wanted to lose my joy; it's just that life gets really hard sometimes. The battles are becoming harder to win, and sometimes I need to set her aside. But what do I do when joy gives up? My happiness is tired. Lately, I haven't been myself, and it hurts so bad. Just like Riley, I need my joy back. I know I can bring my joy back. *and bing bong would be so proud.* `images used from pixar.`

Take me, let me Take me to where all the pain gathers, where sorrow's shadows weep in secret and the weight of the world rests upon weary shoulders. And say my name once more, like a whispered prayer amidst the chaos. Say my name once more and I will arrive faster than a second step. I will bring the moon and let its light claim the blanket of the evening and beat the darkness that shrouds each aching soul and make home or a sanctuary or a haven for the sea of tears cascading like rivers of sorrow. Here, they shall find peace, drifting into a deep sleep, cradled in the arms of the night, their cries silenced, their burdens eased, as if lulled by a lullaby.   I will draw the ocean near and coat their fiery, swollen hearts with the cool embrace of its waves. I will remove the salts that sting and sear, soothing their wounds with the gentle touch of healing. And despite the ebb and flow and uncertain tides, their pain will slowly fade like footprints washed away by the sea. Once gone, take me where all the pain gathers and I will beg them to stay gone.

@abrilata

The worst thing about being brave is when people expect you that you can stand alone or you don't need help. when in fact you also longer for protection you also needed to be saved.

If I could talk to my AI self There were days when I would sit alone and imagine things about what could have happened if I had chosen to follow the opposite side of my decisions, or simply decisions that I considered but completely ignored. What would my life be like on the other side of this universe? So many questions swirl in my head, and some of them are indescribably confusing me even more. If I could only talk to my AI self, I would try to ask questions that my human mind cannot answer. "if forgotten memories can be restored, would you allow me?" "if decisions can be undone where would I be now?" " If there are buttons for emotions and data record on how many and which one I consumed the most, Will I be able to take a sneak peak and reset things back and press what I needed the most?" I remember I once had a journal and I was planning to turn a page of it into an emotion tracker, like how my day went, mark the emojis that corresponds to emotions like : Happy emoji, sad emoji, crying emoji, angry emoji, Heart emoji and stuff and other bunch of irrelevant emojis like 🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖 ( raaawr) The thing is. I couldn't mark any of it because there were days I can't explain how I feel. So I'll just leave it blank. Plus, I am inconsistent. I couldn't seem to apply " consistency is the key" in my life. Because just like my old journal. One day I woke up, I feel so fed up with all the emotions I couldn't describe so I look at it and decided to just turn it into poetry notebook. I write all the things I can't say to the world and then I suddenly can't think of any more rhymes. By the half part of the journal, it was no longer an emotion tracker, or a poetry pages but a messy diary with sketches and drawings. and The moment when I finally decided what to do with my journal, I realized it has only one page left and I can't really do anything about it anymore. so, If I had the chance to talk to a smarter AI version of myself, I would beg if she can explain what and why I am the way I am, or why I think the way I think. If I am the opposite of me, will I be less messier? will I have a defined and straight thinking? will the opposite version of me finally be able to figure out what background do I really want for my laptop, what do I really like to eat when I am at the mall? I bet even the future machine that could be use to scan my brain will get "error, error, error". With all the impossible questions I had in my mind, as well as emotions that I can't describe, feelings that seems too much to handle, Sometimes I wonder maybe humans made AI smarter than humans to make life a bit bearable and easier. But it can't be too smart because we all know what would happen next. If I could talk to my AI self, I'd ask and ask and listen to what she would say. But in the end I know , I would still choose to remain fascinated about the things my mind couldn't reach. Come to think of the ability to control the outcome of my actions really can make me too dumb. Where's the thril, where's the drama, where's the exciting part?. gone sometimes I complain, I admit it that I am really hard headed person . I ask too much, I get angry, anxious, sometimes jealous and scared, sometimes happy and grateful and most of the times I laugh at myself because this is what it really means to become a human. To feel everything little by little and act based on those feelings *being human is exhausting, but exciting at the same time.* - *abrilata*

Breaking chains I've realized the importance of breaking free from the chains that bind me to societal expectations and the opinions of others. "For once," I tell myself, "go on, be free." It's time to release the weight of others' judgments and the burden of seeking approval. I must forget those who don't show mercy, for their negativity only holds me back from reaching my full potential. Change is inevitable, and I must embrace it wholeheartedly. I will change what I need to change and chase what needs to be chased. This path to freedom requires courage—the courage to pursue what excites me most and to live as someone who prioritizes growth and success above all else. I must be willing to swim against the current, to defy convention, and to forge my own path. Life, they say, is achievable when you believe in your capabilities. But belief alone is not enough. Perseverance is necessary, and so is action. We must actively pursue our dreams, confronting our fears and challenging our limitations along the way. It's not enough to simply believe in ourselves; we must also be willing to work tirelessly to make our Goal achievable. Let us acknowledge our defeats and stop the normalizing of selfishness in the guise of self-love. True self-love is not about prioritizing our own desires at the expense of others; it's about recognizing our worth and treating ourselves and others with kindness and compassion. "If one day I got the chance to be free and look back on everything I left behind," I'll remind myself that simplicity is indeed a virtue. I'll shed the heavy baggage of unnecessary worries and regrets, walking forward towards my chosen path. There were days when I felt like I needed to do something to be relevant. There were moments when I felt like I needed to forget about other people and focus on my own life. Countless times, I've felt jealous of how others seem to enjoy life without experiencing so much pain and pressure. Then I think about myself. What do I prioritize the most? What is my purpose in living? In this overwhelming life, my existence may seem insignificant. I am but a mere speck of dust in the vast universe. But that alone doesn't define me. I don't need to impress others to validate my existence; I am inherently worthy of love and respect simply by being human.This is my life, and while it may sound harsh, I refuse to allow others to mold it into their own image simply because that's how they choose to live theirs. I determine my own path, where I should go, and how I choose to live it ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just watched "How to make millions before Grandma Dies" it's already 10 pm and my eyes are still swollen. I haven't cried that much over a simple film before. luckily we bought extra paper towels because a small handkerchief is not enough.

Another day has begun, I'm off to the university for clearance signing. Time is indeed real fast. I started my first article here by writing how difficult it is for me to apply to universities when the curriculum switched into k12. now I am finally getting that diplomaaa. Thank you God for giving me the strength to resume this journey. This small step is already a big win for me. every single day is already an achievement, and waking up to live this life is always already a huge blessing.

Silent Snowfall The early winter comes with a lullaby, Putting those angels into painless sleep As their wings grow little by little, So they can fly. So they can fly higher than those missiles. Mothers stop crying, For no one hears their voices. And fathers tell them a story Of what dreams once felt like. And to have something to wake up to. The snowflakes seem to carry Remnants of frozen hopes, On a windless night, on a scorching land. They float, they fall, Floating and falling outside the window, Tracing the sea of burning land, Piling up and up, forming a mountain of ashes. A mountain of those who hope To live once again, And live a second life In a world where grief and pain, war and hunger Cease to exist, And children can play as much as they want, Fly and be free, Knowing that they still have a home to return to. 2:13Am thoughts and tears in silence

Girl Harmonizing with a fan Feelings That I long forgot, Grief, that I didn’t even know existed, Longing for something I can’t figure out Thoughts that I’m not sure of, Words that I can’t explain, Memories that seem to be left behind. Arrived in a form of voice A harmony From another human being Living on the other side of the world. A sound that clearly defines What exactly it feels like To be human, of pure innocence. To have something to be afraid of To have something to cherish and long for. I’m hearing life and death, Happiness and fear And in between Over a sound of one’s soul And a fan. If someone were to ask What exactly life is. I’d let them hear the harmony And say This This is what it sounds like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnzvO-G51M0 One day I woke up . It's a bit cold and noticed how it's raining outside. probably the first rain of the month of may after the scorching previous months. just like a normal day, I reached out for my phone, read and sent a few messages, scroll on tiktok and then I came a cross a random vid of a girl harmonizing with a fan. I stopped for a while as I listened. like a kid nothing fancy. But suddenly, I feel like crying maybe I'm getting older. I'm getting too emotional lately. Have you seen the video? what are your thoughts? :)

Take me back There were days I felt like I wanted to turn back time. And go back to when everything in life was so simple. I just want to briefly sneak into the past. Not to change my future, or anything that has already happened   But to just feel those moments that I unconsciously ignore. Those little moments that appeared in front of me But it has gone by because I was looking the other way. I want to cherish those moments. Those genuine smiles and love that I didn’t know were present Because I was aiming for love, that surely fits what I really wanted.   I want to take a look again at those moments. And I appreciate all the people around me who showed me true kindness. Friends that stayed, parents that showed the greatest care and love A loved one who waited years just to spend life with me.   I want to go back once again. and feel things slowly. Do things slowly. Appreciate things slowly. And be grateful. And be thankful. And be kind. . . . . . . . . genuine kindness

HERE Okay. The title is weird but I'm kinda overwhelmed right now after I have asked my Internship mate what kind of mobile load she's using since she doesn't have to worry even if she consumes alot of Data. quick backstory. I am having my internship at ++++ hospital and staying in an apartment. So, to lessen my expenses, me and my room mates decided not to apply for an internet. Fast forward, as was saying, I have a friend that uses DITO sim and introduced it to me. **10 pesos for 10GB per day** This is not available on DITO app but in DSCM app only and is actually exclusive for NCR but She sent me a video tutorial how to get it on my mobile. Stop Glamourizing Trauma If someone has been shown a video of of locked door. there would be two types of person who would feel completely different after watching it. One would get a sudden chills, hard to breathe, afraid , anxious and confused. another would feel a sudden relief because they felt that they're somehow safe. The person who feels chills, difficulty breathing, fear, and confusion might be reacting to the video in a way that triggers anxiety or a sense of danger. Perhaps they associate the act of locking a door with a threatening situation, a memory or the context of the video evokes unsettling emotions for them. On the other hand, the person who experiences relief may have a different set of associations or interpretations. They might view the act of locking the door as a protective measure, providing them with a sense of security and safety. Their reaction could be influenced by previous positive experiences related to locked doors or a general feeling of comfort and control. I get it. That sometimes We glamourize pain and hardships because this is where we get our strength, We encourage people to believe that pain is worth it but trauma is a lot more different. IT HAS ALL THE CAPACITY TO RUIN BEAUTIFUL SOULS. Trauma is not just a pain that would go away over time. Trauma dives deeper it cuts people. It brings even more hatred, fear, panic, stress, anxiety, depression. Trauma changes people. Over the years, some people have been been believing that they're on the process of moving on and self-healing, self-love when in fact they're not healing entirely, that's because they are denial. and that's fine. This is their start. it's their defense mechanism or maybe a coping mechanism. Trauma is a Nightmare even when you're awake. In fact it makes you stay up all night. It haunts you everywhere you go. It made you too fragile that you kept your walls high enough to protect yourself. It's fine. you're feeling is valid. but Trauma response is often mistook as self-healing process . It could be confusing at times. It could be a double-edged sword. What may appear as healing could be at times be a survival mechanism in disguise. Glamourizing trauma isn't the best way to cope over it. But one way is often involve seeking professional help when needed, forgiving yourself, acknowledgement, become braver and engaging in activities that would completely foster genuine well being. Healing is not a linear process and it often involves confronting what pains you us the most. Don't just wait for a time to heal it, Do something. It may seem to harsh because sometimes people just wanted to forget and move on and ignore it. However the more we ignore it, the more we get totally aware that we need to forget it and that could even lead us to thinking where it all started. This does not mean dwelling on the past, but rather it involves conscious effort to work through the pain in order to reclaim what yours and what you deserve.

what mask are we wearing? Within the intricate fabric of human life, individuals frequently discover themselves adorned with a myriad of masks, symbolic disguises that either veil or expose facets of their identity. These disguises manifest in the guise of societal pressures, personal uncertainties, or cultural imprints. As we maneuver through the complex choreography of existence, it becomes essential to ask every now and then: What sorts of masks do we clothe ourselves in? Do these serve as protective barriers shielding us from the external world, or do they function as veils concealing our genuine selves?. Have we once asked ourselves? " what kind of mask am I gonna wear today?" Isn't it true that one of the most exhausting thing is pretending to be someone that we know we aren't? Tendency is we're becoming a stranger within our own skin. We become more and more comfortable wearing a mask because that is our only escape from people's judgement. In the end, It is much harder for us to see what we really looked like in our own mirror. Confused with the thought of who's who and which is which. *"If I am this kind of person, then my friends will like me.* *If I act like this and succeed like them, then my family would be so proud of me.* *If I dress like this and be like that then my lover won't ever leave me.* *If I am this person then people will accept me.* " Those thoughts are our strongest Demon. It hinders our capacity. It steals our confidence and hope. It destroy us from the inside. and it kills us slowly without our knowledge. Instead of closing our doors, We welcome it like a VIP; Crossed legged sitting and laughing at our foolishness. *****The Mask of Perfection, Insecurity and strength***** **Mask of Perfection:** Many people feel drawn to the idea of being perfect, and since perfection is only attainable through a mask, some of them wear it like a head-to-toe filter. Others use it to boost their confidence, with the mentality of "fake it til' you make it." But, the question arises: how long is "til"? Trying too hard to be perfect can make us constantly criticize ourselves and compare to others. Instead of fostering improvement, this relentless pursuit often leads to a constant cycle of self-doubt and dissatisfaction. The quest for perfection, achieved through the mask, becomes a never-ending journey with elusive milestones. To take off this mask, we need to understand that imperfections are okay. *Imperfection is beauty* **Mask of Insecurity:** Unlike the perfect image that some people try to show with their mask, the insecurity mask covers individuals in self-doubt It comes from being afraid that others will judge or reject them, creating a heavy cloak that gets in the way of personal growth and real connections. The first step to getting rid of this mask is learning to figure out where the insecurity comes from and admit that it's there. By being kind to ourselves and accepting who we are, we can slowly reveal our true selves without the burden of insecurities. **Mask of strength:** In the midst of life's twists and turns, the strength mask acts like a suit of armor, helping us face challenges and tough moments. It's like a shield that shows we can endure difficulties with resilience and courage. However, there's a catch. Relying too much on this strength mask to hide our true feelings can be risky. True strength isn't just about putting on a brave face; it involves a genuine courage. I often use mask when I don't want people to get too deep with me. I am protecting myself and that includes my personal story. I still believe that people can't destroy things they don't have access to. Yes people can't destroy what they don't know. The safest move is putting a brave mask until they believe that I definitely am and eventually , I will be. The capacity that oftentimes being measured by judgement is somehow suffocating as it places us in a constricting space where our worth is evaluated based on people's opinion. This can create a heavy atmosphere where personal growth seemed to be limited. But the only thing we could ever do is take of our mask not for people to see who we are. We are not doing this for them, but for ourselves. For us to see how beautiful we are even after imperfections, even after slow growth, even after flaws. Even without a mask. and if people ask you why did you take it off, ask them back "why not?" YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL EVEN WITHOUT A MASK.

Embracing catharsis In the subtle recesses of our emotional terrain, a contradictory fascination emerges—a compelling allure ingrained in the somber murmurs of sadness. As we embark on the journey of embracing catharsis, we confront the intriguing question: *How addictive can sadness truly be?* Sadness, with its touching essence, can unexpectedly accompany us, providing a sense of solace even in the depths of despair. It wraps us in a cloak of familiarity. The rhythmic cycle of sadness, its constant ebb and flow, establishes a pattern that is strangely comforting. In this dance of melancholy, we sway between shadows and light, entwined between movements of our emotions. Each movement unveils the intricate details of our human journey, where embracing sadness can resemble a hauntingly beautiful tune echoing within our soul. However, Its constant comfort can sometimes be overwhelming and draining. To genuinely welcome catharsis means to carefully manage this fine line. It's about realizing that sadness can become a habit and that finding emotional freedom involves more than relying on feeling down all the time. It encourages us to try healthier ways of expressing ourselves, like being creative or reaching out for support when we feel overwhelmed. It's about taking charge of our emotions and not letting them drag us too far down. Emotions are powerful. It could either make or break us. We have our own ways to deal with it. Some people see it as burden and others take it as a lesson to learn from. ***Let's admit it. We all crave validation*** The acknowledgement and recognition by others can serve as a form of emotional release. We would feel feel less lonely when we know someone knows where we are coming from or when we know that someone's listening. Validation can be a form of catharsis itself. The act of expressing oneself and having those feelings acknowledge provides a sense of relief. Its not just about seeking approval; it's about seeking connection and that connection is sometimes more than enough. Personally, my way of embracing catharsis is through writing. There's something incredibly liberating about putting my emotions and thoughts into words. I find a sanctuary where I can make decision and explore depths of my feelings without any judgement; something that goes beyond the confines of spoken words--my profound sense of release. *sadness can indeed be strangely addictive.* This is when we yearn for that warm comfort *Happiness is everywhere but Genuine happiness requires a lot more conscious efforts to grasp.* We hold tighter in our fear of losing it and that fear ironically, can become a shadow, casting doubt on our ability to sustain happiness. Being in between is such a nuanced struggle. It's a constant negotiation between the addictive pull of despair and the demanding pursuit of genuine joy. In the end, we all just wanted someone or something- maybe a way to release it all. **Catharsis**: *Catharsis is the act of releasing and purging strong, pent-up emotions, leading to a feeling of emotional relief and purification. In psychology and literature, it describes the therapeutic or transformative impact of expressing deep-seated feelings, easing emotional tension, and fostering psychological well-being. In artistic contexts, like literature or drama, catharsis often involves a potent emotional experience that brings about a cleansing effect on the individual or audience involved.* all images belong to their rightful owners

Logotherapy Why do some people just give up their life instantly? Well maybe some have deep reasons and others are just too tired to deal with the constant ups and downs. or maybe, they stopped giving a f. IF I HAVE A POWER TO SAVE THEM, I'LL SAVE THEM WITHOUT A DOUBT AND SLAP THEM INTO REALIZATIONS THAT HEY! YOU'RE NOT ALONE But what if they don't need any saving? what if that's just it? what if they're done just like how we sometimes go somewhere silent because that's where we find our peace? If there's one thing I could ever do for those who are in doubt and for those who are unsure, for those who feel like it's their only options, and for those who think that it's the only answer, then that would be showing them the good side of living. That there may be a lot of reasons to stop living but there are hundreds to thousand reasons to find reasons to live. Logotherapy There's this book I was reading and it's called *ikigai.* Ikigai is a concept that emerged in Japan, embodies the harmonious merging of four elements essential for a satisfying and meaningful life. Comprising the Japanese words "iki" for life and "gai" for worth or value, ikigai encapsulates a comprehensive perspective on discovering one's purpose and contentment. In other words, it offers a holistic framework for comprehending one's life's purpose and fulfillment. In chapter 3 of the book, Logotherapy was tackled. " From Logotherapy to ikigai"- How to live longer and better by finding your purpose. Logotherapy is developed by Victor E. frankl, Reflecting on logotherapy brings to light the profound importance of meaning in the human experience. Viktor E. Frankl's approach emphasizes the autonomy individuals possess in choosing their responses to life's challenges, emphasizing the pursuit of meaning as a guiding force. The three pillars of meaning—**creative values,** **experiential values**, and **attitudinal values**—underscore the multifaceted nature of a purposeful life. In the realm of psychotherapy, logotherapy provides a unique avenue for individuals struggling with existential questions, guiding them to identify and pursue values that contribute to mental well-being. Logotherapy, as simple as it is but it challenges individuals to move beyond success and explore the core values that bring genuine satisfaction and fulfillment, encouraging a deeper understanding for those people who seek meaning and purpose. Realizing how true it is, I've come to remember those days I've felt like the whole world is against me. I adored the thought of death and start asking How How in the world, How am I so alone? How do I deal with this? How do I stop all this s*** How will I be able to move forward? How will I survive? How will I go on? Then, there's this statement mentioned in the book *"He who has a why to live for can bear with almost any how"* And I realized I have a lot of reasons and purpose. my why's that instantly eliminate all my how's The first move in facing my fear stemmed from profound motivations ingrained within me. Whether driven by a longing for personal development, a dedication to overcoming challenges, or a quest for self-improvement, these motives became the driving force for my journey. The underlying "why" strengthened my determination, compelling me to enter the uncomfortable realm of confronting what I had long evaded. I've done it multiple times. and I choose to do it all over again. Because it is not just me. I have my reason to live, I know I have a purpose and that alone have the capacity to fill the void in me. again, for those people who didn't realize it yet, and on the edge of giving up, If IF I HAVE A POWER TO SAVE THEM, I'LL SAVE THEM WITHOUT A DOUBT AND SLAP THEM INTO REALIZATIONS THAT HEY! YOU'RE NOT ALONE HEY, THERE'S MORE TO LIFE. If our ultimate destination is death, then can we at least make the most of our living? Just for once, can we set aside the fear of not being enough and worth it and embrace the prospect of accepting defeat? Perhaps in accepting defeat, we find a different kind of victory—one that enlightens us, propels us to learn from our shortcomings, and ultimately becomes a catalyst for growth and self-discovery. hi, I am abril and I am writing this for you

Enough for us In this bare, confined room, where walls quench ethereal thirst, severing morbid spaces, filling up holes of memories that we left untouched. Encapsulated, cornering languished hearts that do not know how to admit that this peace, even collected and compressed to form tougher walls, can be fizzled down in microseconds with just a single sorry. We have reclaimed ourselves from years of healing cruel scars, but we also have this flicker of feelings, flashed instantly, pulling, snatching us towards the untainted love we could have saved if we had just shut our doors behind. Letting people wonder that inside this room isn't just sounds of our arguments and broken mirrors, but a pool of galaxy and light and memories we wrecked and built without anyone's knowledge. In silence, out of the world's judgement, we peacefully and intentionally create extremely selfish love, a love that is only enough for both of us. Original poem I wrote when I was in the midst of fighting my own emotions, however I was shamefully defeated -abrilata
