There are lots of different topics I'm interested in writing about. I think the best way to keep things organized (aside from just posting to specific communities) is to come up with a system in the titles:

Let's Talk About _____ stories will be open discussions about general topics. Religion, news, etc.

Let's Play _____ stories will be reviews and posts about various video (and maybe even tabletop) games.

Let's Listen To _____ stories will be about music-related topics (songs, albums, etc).

Let's Watch ____ stories will be about TV Shows and Movies.

I'm still kinda pondering things, and there's a chance that this may change as time progresses. But right now, this is how I have it sorted out in my otherwise chaotic brain lol.
