Kinda fell back into the rabbit hole of numbers stations, and was watching a feed of one of the more famous ones that is still in operation. Somebody started jamming the signal with noise that rendered images in the spectrogram. I've been kinda enjoying doing a random Photoshop project or two every night. Should note that Noise's image algorithm is compressing these, which is why they're a bit blurry. Not pointing fingers, though. If you don't compress images, you end up wasting a ton of space and bandwidth. #NotTodayJesus

I'm really longing for a techy/cyberpunk kinda project but I'm uninspired. I have some components - a few Arduino boards (a Mega and a few Nanos) some LED matrices... I could buy some other stuff off Amazon - screens/sensors/etc... but I have absolutely no idea what I want in the end lol. This is the worst... it's like having an itch that you can't scratch lol

Aw crap, I went to check to see if the prize from my puzzle had been claimed, and apparently in doing that it auto-claimed the prize back to my wallet lol. Tore down the back wall in my youngest son's room. We wanted to re-insulate it because it's struggled to keep a consistent temperature since we moved in. Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. Apparently wall boards are overrated. The bottom left corner there has nothing between the studs and the outside siding panels. It was literally drywall, (shitty) Moisture Barrier, Siding... Yikes. Getting that addresses asap. Waiting to hear back, prob won't hear anything…

Been super into this hacking sim lately called Hacknet. If anybody was a fan of Introversion's 2001 title Uplink, this one's absolutely worth checking out. It's maybe a bit simpler to get through, but there's so much silly stuff you can do on the side - random files you can read, and websites you can destroy.
