While I'm trying to think of some albums to share this week, here's an absolute banger of a classic rock tune by a band that never really got the attention they deserved. This band has such great energy and dynamic. Fanny - Young and Dumb https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4l6FU74pUY This link is a live performance from Beat Club, recorded back in 1971. The band was founded by Filipino sisters June Millington (guitar), Jean Millington (bass), Nickey Barclay (keys), and Alice De Buhr (drums). They're credited as being one of the first actual successful all-women rock bands and likely paved the way and acted as inspiration for all-female rock bands for time to come.

That's excellent! Not only is it from "my time", but I love the lead singers vocals. They're like a female Deep Purple. Is the lead guitarist high or something? She looks a little spacey .....
