Another name for moving forward is encouragement. But there are some people in our society who do not have a tendency to encourage but have a tendency to obstruct the way forward. When they see a person improving, they become critical of him. Their job is to analyze where the car is, what went wrong. But no one gives a solution to that mistake. Although we cannot encourage people to do good deeds, there are still some people in our society who encourage bad deeds.

The poet says, 'lest people say something', that is, one should implement one's goal without listening to the words of others. We have to reach our own place. There is no need to waste time listening to what someone is saying. Many times a lot of talent is lost due to lack of enthusiasm. They might one day be in important charge of the country. But they did not have the people to give that encouragement.

Encouragement is always given to adults. Today's generation will get encouragement from the past generation. The next generation will get encouragement from today's generation. One friend can encourage another friend. After the parents, the elder brother can encourage his younger brother. Teachers can encourage students. The educators of the society can encourage the youth to move forward. Encouragement does not hurt or harm anyone. Yet why do we skimp on encouragement? We can't encourage, but why criticize? Criticism is only for those who have a tendency to encourage.

If we stand on the fence of our own conscience and question ourselves, then maybe some of the violence and arrogance in us will go away. We have to judge. If one is honest with oneself, then there can be no greater judge. They are also responsible for correcting such crimes. But that feeling still doesn't work inside us. We do not skimp on breaking people's morale. We like to say 'no', but it is difficult for us to say 'yes'. Modernity has not yet come among us. We have to change our mindset first, then we will get our country and society in a modern way. We seldom hear talk of encouragement-motivation now. There is nothing encouraging or inspiring in our writing now. We just point out the mistake, But it does not say what the solution will be. Is this our education? Becoming a human being and breaking the morale of other human beings never falls on the level of humanity. So we should increase the tendency to give encouragement and motivation. If I can't give encouragement at all, then I have to take care not to break anyone's heart.
