Waking up in the morning is exhausting. Because even sleep doesn't help you to forget everything. At first you doesn't feel so bad, so you go on with your day telling your self to ignore it. But you always feel like you are forcing yourself to do your daily tasks in order just to get through another bad day.
At first you denies all your thoughts and tell your self that it's a bad day .. it's a bad day ..
But how many bad days you are going to take to realize that you are mentally not fine. Even if you say fine, you know that you are not happy.
I know, non of us wants to admit that we are mentally ill. But what if it's the truth?
Asking to somebody that how they are doing is horrifying. Because everyone knows that most of the answers are lies.
So you lie to people that you are fine, happy and even great. Then you pretend that everything is going well. But you just know you end up lying again and again. In reality you are not fine or great or even ok.
The minute after you left that conversation with a person you can feel your body drop and also you can feel tears start forming in to your eyes, because you know that you have been putting social masks for others. You don't show others that you are sad but actually you are crying out for help.
Sometimes you feel like you are watching your self go crazy, alone, empty and have no control over your emotions. You will get angry that the whole world is moving and somehow yours stops and you have to watch others smile and be happy while you just feel empty. Even going to sleep don’t make any different because you know that you are going to wake up in the morning and going to do all these again and again and again.
Depression is something like suside, which will make you think up side down and try to kill you by inside. You need to talk to your closest one about your feeling to overcome. Always remember ... You Are Not Alone.
