Sometimes we are sad and depressed, at that moment your close friend shared his happiness, so how to react now? Be happy for them simply faking or be sad as usual. If we r sad it's like ruining their moment. What should I do...
Be happy for your friend's happiness.. even if it's fake , that gives a positivity in you . there is a big ... chance that you would forget your sorrows for little time, since you are focused in your friends moment of happiness. This is karma related too.. this will pay back you some good things some time Just imagine this one moment makes you forget your worries for little time... why dont you focus and add other moments to forget sorrows, depression. its very simple . if this little moment ... makes you forget worries, add focus some other moments to lessen your time of worries... if you practice this habit , you will be out of worries for ever. this is about be occupied with positive situations to chase negative thinking, depression, worries etc.
