Today i goona share a new recipe article share for everyone . I hope everyone like my recipe artcile. This is my favourite recipe.

I think everyone alredy know that about my artcile because everyone see my article tittle.

Ingredients :

  • Macaroni 170 gram.

  • Olive oil spray.

  • Chicken breasts 570 gram.

  • Sea salt 1 pinch.

  • Olive oli 2 tbsp

  • Pinch peper 1

  • Onion 90 gram.

  • Gralic 1 1/2 tbsp.

  • Lend seasiong blnd 2 tbsp.

  • Almond blend 2 tbsp.

  • Alomond milk 1 1/2 cups.

  • Parmesn 180 gram.

  • Arrowroot starch 1 tbsp.

  • Warn water 2 tbsp.

  • Chopped tomato 410 gram.

  • Sea salt to taste.

  • Peper to taste.

Method :

Cook macaroni according to the packet instrutcions then set aside.seasion chicken pieaces with sea salt & peper.

Set a skillet on high heat and once hot spray with oil and add the chicken.cook for 3-5 mints untill the outside and them remove from the skillet.

Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium them add olive oil and gralic.cook the onion untill they trun brown and be carefully no to burn gralic about 2 mints.

Then pour almond milk and and half the chess. Immediately begin to stir so the chess doesn't clump and melts evenly.

Flod in the tomatoes paste and chicken and reduce the heat medium - low. Once mixed add raw spinach wilts. To help the spinach wilt cover the skillet on low 3 mints .

Season to taste sea salt with pepper. Then sprikle remaining chess on a top.Cover once again and allow the heat to melt the chess on top.

After enjoy the dish serve in a saving dish of your choice.
