So start this article ππππ
Ingredients:
Macaroni pasta dry 28 gram.
Olive oil.
Chicken brest 95 gram.
Sea salt 1/6 pinch.
peper 1/6 pinch.
Onion 15 gram.
Gralic 1/4 tbsp.
Land seasiong 1/3 tbsp.
Parmeson 29 gram.
Warm watter 1/3 tbsp.
Tomatoes 68 gram.
Spinach 10 gram.
Sea salt to taste.
Pepper to taste
Method :
Cook macaroni according to the packet instructions then set aside.
Season chicken pieace with sea salt & peper.
Set skillet high heat, and once hot spray with oil then add the chicken. Cook for 3-5 mints untill the outside is seared and then remove from the skillet.
Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium them add olive oil and garlic.cook then onion until they brown and be careful not to burn the garlic about 2 mints.
Add the land seasiong blend and cook for 1 mints.
Then pour in almond milk and half of the chess. Immediately begain to stir so the chess doesn't clump and melts evenly.
Fold in the tomato paste and chicken and reduce the heat to medium low. Once mixed and raw spinach and continue gently folding until this spinach wilts cover the skillet on low for 3 mints.
Season to taste with sea salt & peper then sprinkle remaining chess on top.
Cover once again and allow that heat to melt chess to top.
