Hey guys i am anik. Today i just share my most favourite dish chingri malai curry resipe πππ
My mother more time made this resipe and i love this resipe.
So lets start How make this resipe :
Ingredients:
1 kg bagda or goldha chingri.
50gram vegetables oil.
10 gram ghee.
200 gram onion paste.
4gram turmeric.
1 tsp read chile powder.
75 gram yoghurt.
6 pcs green chile.
300 gram coconut milk.
24 gram solt.
36 gram sugur
1/2 tsp garam masla.
Method :
shell and devein the prawns, leavening the flavourful head intact.you can choices remove the stomach of the prawn.
coat prawns with 1 tsp slat and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
in the grinder jar and onions and blitz them to a fine paste. also extract coconut milk.reserving the frist press milk in seperate jars, and keep to ready.
frist vegetable oil in a pan.once hot and low the prawns one by one and fry themin 45 secnd on both side.
Now add the ghee to the residual oil.mixed the dried red chillies, cardamom,cloves and cinnamon.
Add the onion paste along with sugur and fry 8 minutes onions are brown.
Add ginger paste and fry for 3-4 mint.after add tuermic and read chile powder. Before cocount milk to loosen the mixture up and help fry it.and add grean chile ans salt.
cook for 3-4 minute.
Add the secend time cocount milk and simmer for 2 minit. once it comes to boil and add the fried prawns.
After the prawns curry to 5 minute.
Finsh off with gram masala.Before serving.
This Chingri malai curry is really amazing. I tried today and loved it. It's flavour and taste is recoomendable. People complaining about rice being raw, I added little more water than jt turn out pretty well.
