What are the best habits in the night? Showering. Making time for dry-brushing and a little massaging of your body. This is great for the lymphatic system that needs a lot of stimulation on our part. No internet an hour before bed. Tough one! Having tea before bed. With honey. Cleaning the space just a little. Increases sleep quality by the hundreds. Breathing right. Breathing from the stomach. Sleeping with a straight back with the neck as comfortably stretched as possible. Reading. Going through your day in your mind and becoming aware of how you’re processing it. Not sleeping angry or worried. Tying into 10, not sleeping stressed. Calming yourself. Calming the breathing. Calming the mind. I have found no other way to have a good sleep. Cheers
