Lesson learned. “Heavy hearts like heavy clouds in the sky are best relieved by the letting of a little water.” To all those who have survived a childhood horror and have found the courage to tell their story as the adult, are able to share their own painful life changing journey with others survivors understand that the most painful tears cried are not the tears that fall from your eyes and cover your face. The most painful tears cried are the ones that fall from your inner child broken heart and leave scars in your adult life that can’t be covered up with you wearing masks.
